Charter destination - Skradin

One of the most enchanting Croatia charter destination is Skradin. It is small, but very romantic town located on the spot where the river Krka passionately embraces the Adriatic sea creating unusually beautiful scenery. The town is both a start point to Krka National Park and an attraction in itself. Be sure to visit the natural beauties of the Krka National Park.  Also take time and explore the Skradinski Buk waterfall, Roski waterfall and a small Franciscan island Visovac. You can enjoy swimming at the bathing place located on the Krka river, or in a beach located on the very spot where the river meets the sea.

Skradin is a typical Mediterranean town made up of narrow stone paved streets, arched alleyways, passages and stairs. Skradin has an exceptionally rich past. The city can boast of having had the status of town for over 23 centuries. The entire town core represents a protected cultural monument. In addition one of the most beautiful marinas in Croatia is located in Skradin.  If you are a gastronomy enthusiast and wish to savour the specialities of this region try sea and river fish prepared under baking lid or “peka“ and famous Skradin cake. We suggest you also to try Skradinski risotto, but be aware that you have to make a reservation in advance because it takes 12 hours of cooking. The tradition dictates that only male members of the family can prepare it.
